Completed project :

The project involved the installation of two automated lines designed for efficient and accurate dosing and packaging of delicate frozen products.

The first line doses the product simultaneously into two or three trays, which are subsequently sealed with film. Accurate and high-speed dosing is ensured by a multihead weigher divided into two or three independent weighing sections.

The second line is designed for dosing and packaging frozen products into bags. It integrates a multihead weigher with a vertical packaging machine.

Both lines are suitable for products up to 100 mm in size, various tray formats, and bags weighing up to 5 kg. The dosing capacity reaches up to 70 packs per minute. Flexible solutions enable efficient handling of different packaging formats while maintaining dosing accuracy and a stable production process.

The key advantage of the project is the fully automated, high-speed packaging of a challenging and delicate frozen product into both trays and bags.
