Horizontal film wrappers CSO 420/620/1000/1400/2000 for long products
CSO 420/620/1000/1400/2000 are semi-automatic horizontal film-wrapping machines for packaging and/or bundling (mainly long) products with film wrap. The load is packaged securely and protectively so that it can no longer move within the packaging. The products are moved on manually. Main difference between machines is ring diameter and speed.
- Ring diameter CSO 420 - Ø 420 mm, CSO 620 - Ø 620 mm. CSO 1000 - Ø 1000 mm. CSO 1400 - Ø 1400 mm. CSO 2000 - Ø 2000 mm.
- Film holder with mechanical brake system.
- Film width 125-250 mm.
- Frequency controller to regulate the winding speed.
- Speed: CSO 420 up to 90 revolutions per minute. CSO 620 up to 70 revolutions per minute. CSO 1000 up to 50 revolutions per minute. CSO 1400 and CSO 2000 up to 30 revolutions per minute.
- Start & Stop via foot pedal.
